Wrote a bit about NYCFC and the challenges facing them this season - also that they're still underrated and bringing back no shortage of good MLS players. Talles at the 9 is by far the biggest question mark, and the pivot point for the direction of the season.

After losing key players and coach Ronny Deila, New York City FC is set to face a new season with a talented squad but significant gaps in their lineup. The team's focus will be on Talles Magno, their most expensive signing to date, as he takes on the role of striker following the departure of Taty Castellanos. However, with no experienced backup options and a dip in open-play efficiency, the team will need to rely on their success with set pieces and hope Keaton Parks can stay healthy for an entire season to stay competitive. ❧
